1. Scope

This policy applies to mobile and desktop applications published by Morpheus Innovation, including applications distributed through Apple’s App Store or TestFlight.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data through our applications. Our applications do not transmit information to Morpheus Innovation for storage, analysis, advertising, profiling, marketing, or another secondary purpose.

• Device or advertising identifiers
• Precise or approximate location
• Photos, contacts, or user files
• Usage or analytics information
• Third-party advertising data
• Purchase or financial information

3. Local Processing and Device Communications

An application may process information locally on the user’s device or communicate directly with compatible hardware or services on the user’s local network when required for the application’s core functionality.

Information used for those local operations is not collected, retained, or transmitted to Morpheus Innovation. Settings or operational information saved by an application remain on the user’s device unless the user independently chooses to export or share them.

4. Device Permissions

An application may request an operating-system permission only when needed for a feature the user chooses to use. Permission-based information is used solely to provide that feature and is not used for tracking, advertising, profiling, or marketing.

Users can review or change application permissions at any time in their device settings.

5. Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising

Our applications do not track users across applications or websites. We do not include third-party advertising networks, behavioral analytics, marketing profiles, or cross-application tracking technologies.

6. Sale or Disclosure of Information

Morpheus Innovation does not sell, rent, trade, license, or disclose personal data collected through its applications because our applications do not collect personal data.

7. Third-Party and Apple Services

Our applications do not intentionally include third-party advertising or analytics services that collect personal data on our behalf.

Apple may independently process information when a user downloads, purchases, tests, updates, or uses an application through the App Store, TestFlight, or an Apple operating system. Apple’s handling of that information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and is not controlled by Morpheus Innovation.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Because Morpheus Innovation does not collect personal data through its applications, we have no application-collected personal data to retain or delete.

Information stored locally by an application can generally be removed by clearing or resetting the application, where that option is available, or by deleting the application from the device.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our applications do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

10. Security

We design our applications to minimize data use and to keep application operations on the device or local network whenever possible. No method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure, but avoiding unnecessary data collection reduces privacy and security risk.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to an application, our practices, or legal requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
